Return & Refund Policy

• Return Shipping Charges: If you choose to return a parcel, a courier fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund.

• Opening Video Requirement: Please record a clear unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery. This is mandatory for processing any return or refund claims.

Return Conditions:

• You must initiate the return within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be in the exact condition as received. Returns requested after 24 hours will not be accepted.

• If a gemstone is returned after breaking the seal packing, a deduction of ₹350 to ₹1500 will apply.

• To avoid this deduction, you may return the gemstone along with an authenticity certificate from a nearby government-approved laboratory.

Multiple Payments:
If multiple payments are made for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded in full without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments. However, the cost of the original single order will be retained.
